Michael and the team not only succeeded in renting our home for at a premium price for the local area to incredible tenants, and did so not once but twice. Michael was seamless during the tenancy, resolving all maintenance issues quickly and always providing sound, trusted advice along the way. I love that Michael ensures that both parties to the tenancy were happy at all phases of the tenancy from the letting, during the tenancy all the way through to vacating.
